Predictions
Bernard vs. Southwick
41-37
As usual Team Bernard will play down to level of their competition, and they will grind out a win. The Elias, Stoney matchup is intriguing and win be fun to watch. In order for Southwick to win they'll have to shoot the daylights out of the ball. I lean toward Bernard.
Booth vs. O'Wiley
44-40
The early window has two strong games, and I'm going with the upset here. O'Wiley has played great defense and it might be too much for Booth to handle. Both of these teams rely on rebounding, and whoever wins the rebounding battle should end up on top. I like O'Wiley in this one in a close game.
Majkut vs. Zolomon
61-49
There's been a lot of trash talk between these two teams and now it finally will unfold. Team Zolomon as long as they are at full strength can be a lethal offensive team. I think it'll be close until about the last 5 minutes, but Majkut won't be able to keep up with the fast pace offense for the full 32 minutes.
Strauss vs. McNamara
48-39
Team Strauss has played great throughout the season, while McNamara hasn't seen their best days. I think the pure chemistry of Strauss will overpower the star power of McNamara and lead them to a convincing win.
Hecht vs. Meyers
51-39
I don't know if anyone watched team Hecht play last week, but they looked like a completely different team than the last two weeks. I expect them to continue that same level of play this week. Team Meyers is coming off a bye, and will need to play their best if they want the win. Team Hecht has a big opportunity to prove they weren't a fluke, and Meyers has a chance to turn their season around.
Manzi vs. Gingras
56-45
I think team Gingras has a bounce back week, but it won't be enough as this Mazni team is playing too well to bet against. The Max Phonard, Nate Townsend matchup is intriguing, and may tell the story of this game. If team Gingras wants this win, they'll need to rebound the ball a little better.
