To offer my condolences for being late on the power rankings, here's a little something just for fun.
Strauss - Detroit Pistons: They play great defense, but below average offense. Very team reliant and chemistry built and they are capable of beating anyone and losing to anyone. Sometimes they win ugly, but they get the job done more often than not.
Bernard/Hastings - Philadelphia 76ers: They don't blow teams and they don't get blown out, they play to the level of their competition and rebound the ball well. They struggle a little with chemistry right now but they're starting to figure it out.
Zolomon - Minnesota Timberwolves: They have the star power and the tools to be great, they just aren't really utilizing them to their full potential yet. They can and will be lethal if they can figure themselves out.
TeDuits/Estes - Washington Wizards: They have the tools and pieces to be dominant and they've shown flashes of what they can be, but they haven't put it all together yet.
Booth - San Antonio Spurs: It's kind of hard what exactly they're doing right, they just kind of are. The elite team play and great rebounding carries them to success.
Manzi - Houston Rockets: They play really well together and they are only one of few teas that plays great both sides of the ball. Understandable based on how they are playing on why they are on the top of the league.
McNamara - Miami Heat: On the defensive end they look fine, great even. It's just their struggling on offense right now and trying to figure their identity right now and how they are going to win games.
O'Wiley - Denver Nuggets: Despite missing a star, they are still able to work with what they have on a weekly basis, and are able to play solid despite having to deal with missing people on the court.
Gingras - Oklahoma City Thunder: They're playing solid, and they have the roster to succeed, but in the early going they have kind of underwhelmed.
Southwick - Portland Trail Blazers: Very reliant on shooting, and it all depends on which teams shows up to determine their success. They have a different identity week to week, and while slightly underwhelming, they are showing flashes of success.
Meyers - New Orleans Pelicans: Powered by their star players, they've played okay, but they haven't won the amount of games they should. The depth they have will have to step up in order for them to be long term successful.
Hecht - Indiana Pacers: Despite the slow start, they have found a niche and are starting to play great as a team. They can attack teams weaknesses as well hide their own through solid play on both ends of the floor.
Majkut - Milwaukee Bucks: They're big, and they play big. Andrew Berube shares a lot of similarities to Giannis Antetokounmpo, and they win the games they're supposed to lose and lose the games they're supposed to win.
