Week 3 Predictions

TeDuits/Estes vs. Zoloman (Game of the Week)
60-49
Great matchup here. An elite offense and solid defense facing off against an elite defense and a solid offense. Team Zolomon has played more consistent through their first two however and should come away with the win.

Bernard/Hastings vs. Strauss
43-40
Intriguing matchup here as we could see the debuts of Vassell and Bono. These freshman rallied last week and looked elite in the last 10 minutes and I could see a similar situation in which they need another rally to comeback. However Bernard/Hastings is the better defensive team and they should give Strauss enough trouble to pick up the win.

Southwick vs. Booth
45-39
Booth has gutted out two wins and have beaten two solid teams, however I'm going with the upset here. Booth played a weak second half however and it'll be interesting to see if first half Booth or second half Booth shows up. I'm going with the upset here and saying Southwick shoots well this week.

Hecht vs. Gingras
53-49
This one may finish closer than you think. This is a battle of two underrated teams, but I give the edge to Gingras coming off the bye. Avi Jiv will make his debut which should give Gingras a boost. Team Hect his a team I can see constantly improving, and I think they will showcase that improvement today, but I believe Gingras will come away with the win.

Majkut vs. O’Wiley
41-37
This is a game of missing stars as Sam and Andrew will not suit up for their respective teams. I believe the defensive debut if Tristan Naboicheck should really help O'wiley and without Andrew this team will be looking for a new primary shot taker. Also Liam McDonough is a bigger absence than one might expect. I think O'Wiley will gut out a victory.

McNamara vs. Manzi
61-43
Team Manzi should pull away with a win. I am still yet to see McNamara play, however Manzi has done nothing for me to get me to predict them to lose. I wish I had more scouting on McNamara so this one is the one I'm least confident on, but Manzi looks to good to pick against.
