Week 3 Power Rankings

11. Willson/Dzwonek (-)
Another blowout loss for this team. Although Lamare put in his best effort this week, Willson still came up short. Unless this team wants to climb the rankings in the weeks to come, then the rest of the team will have to help out Matt.

10. Townsend (-)
Hank the Zank is still yet to make an appearance this rec season, which might be the only positive thing going for Team Townsend at this point. At this point, all this team can do is look to Kyle Plausse, have him pick up his backpack, and start carrying.

9. Keast/Kimetto (-1)
Alex Castellano scored 0 points, including a stretch of 4 consecutive possessions where he did not pass once and turned the ball over all 4 times. That, along with a terrible shooting outing can sum up Team KK's week, and they'll have to establish some sort of rhythm before we lose faith in this squad.

8. Booth/Dorr (+1)
Not much to say about this team as they had a bye this past week. They should get an easy win over the runt of the league, Team Willson.

7. Southwick (-5)
A devastating loss in week two drops Team Southwick down several ticks. Harrison Southwick is ("shockingly") still terrible. Week after week the league grows impatient waiting for his breakout performance. We will see what they can do week 3 with the addition of Zach Millet to the team.

6. Sellers (-2)
Sellers started out their season strong but still lost to McNamara in overtime. The sleeper of the league, Jamie Smith, looks to be a menace so far. Although Alex Sellers and Jake Scharns performances were underwhelming in their first game it is clear that if a big three might emerge in the league and take over the spot of McNamara's three.

5. McNamara (+2)
McNamara fought hard Week 2 and came out with a well-deserved win. This team proved they were capable of scary things during times of their game. Kasey Griffiths yet again played a solid game and has proved himself to be a true force on the court.

4. Manzi (+1)
The lead MVP candidate, Sam Boudreau, is looking as good as ever as he carried Team Manzi to their first win of the season. Coach Will "Bursa" Manzi is instituting his no mercy play style early on. This team is drawing success from all depths of their roster so far. They look to improve to 2-1 this week as they take on the 1-0 Team Sellers.

3. Strauss (-)
Team Strauss looked impressive again in Week 2, with Dougie Tompkins surging to the top of the DPOY polls after a phenomenal overall performance, exposing washed-up bum Jeremy "Ugly Kid" Keast. Also, Jack Blount is the real deal.

2. Jarboe (+4)
No more sleeping on Jarboe. Despite their goofy appearance on paper, this team knows how to play, you just have to see it to believe it. They're full of athletes and have displayed remarkable chemistry thus far. They're always on the same page on the court, and that alone is frightening.

1. Hastings (-)
No surprise here. After two weeks, Hastings stays on top. They put up 76 points, and the pairing of Max Phanord and Chris Smith appears to truly be an all-time duo.
