Week 4 Power Rankings

1. Team Werner- (+1)After an impressive win over former number 1 Tornaritis, I don't think anyone would argue with this team being at the top of the rankings. The twin towers of Gabe Dingleberry and Justin Watt have played extremely well together in their first two games together. With only one team in the league that can match their height, Team Werner looks to be the favorite in the rest of their games. Despite allegations of P.E.D use by some of their players, Team Werner is still the best in the league.

2. Team Tornaritis- (-1) Back to back losses for team Tornaritis and while some people think they should be ranked lower, a team with Dean will be difficult to move out of the top 5. With Dean averaging about 30 points a game, it will be up to some else to step up and carry part of the scoring load. Perhaps Jack "crazy legs" O'Neil will be able to make enough plays to get them back on track.

3. Team Gingras- (+1) They absolutely dominated team Dorff this week holding them to 6 first half points. Team Gingras is beginning to show some of the defensive prowess expected at the beginning of the season. While their offensive output is still on the low side, their defense should allow them to continue to win games.

4. Team Dorff (-1) Despite an abysmal first half performance and taking an overall beat down from Team Gingras, we still see them as the most balanced team in the league. With Joey Femia missing (Andy wouldn't have affected the game) the game would have been much closer. I think by not showing up Joey was protesting the lack of drills during practice, and hope to see team Dorff get back to working hard in practice.

5. Team Transfaglia- (+2) We said this team needed to get their offense back in gear so Scott lit up team Mitchell, and showed there are many players who can score on this team. If in next weeks game Scott can manage half the points he scored this week team Transfaglia should be in for another win.

6. Team Dawson- (+3) They are tied for the best record in the league and look like they are going to keep winning, so we have no choice but to move them up. This team showed the even have some depth with Dylan "sloth" Dawson failing to put up his usual output, Sam Boudreau scoring 18. If Team Dawson can continue their balanced scoring they could be dangerous in the future.

7. Team Mitchell- (-3) Well it looks like they finally imploded, only managing a measly 29 points. Team Mitchell looks like they could be spiraling out of control. Unless they can get it together (we'd recommend group therapy sessions) they could end up in the bottom of the league.

8. Team Hecht- (+3) We've been all over the map this season playing very well sometimes, and other times I'm not sure if we're still playing basketball. Against team Booth we were at are best making a high percentage of threes, along with making smart defensive plays. If we can continue to play like that, I can see us continuing to rise in the rankings.

9. Team Booth- (-3) Well after watching them up close we were unimpressed. While they were short their tallest player in Allen Robinson, we don't think he would've made a significant impact. They have shown potential with a few early season wins, however they need to deal with their recent struggles if they are going to turn their season around.

10. Team Modzeleswki- (-2) When at their best the can compete with the best in the league, however their inconsistency has me questioning how good they are. While the were missing Mitchell Townsend this week, they still haven't been able to maintain a high level of play consistently, and until we see this they won't be climbing in the rankings.

11. Team Coveno (+1) It was a toss up between these last two team, the reason they moved up is they had a slightly harder strength of schedule, and won the head to head match up. That being said we think Gavel is probably better, and Coveno should return to the bottom quickly.

12. Team Gavel- (-2) The reason they're here is the lost to Coveno, I mean come on get it together. We think Team Gavel has talent, and if they can be more consistent they should rise out of the bottom.
