Walsh (2-2) vs Jarboe (3-1) -- Sunday, 10:15am @ MSN
The Pick: 45-42 Jarboe
I think this is going to be a very close game. The x-factor
will be Jacob Wertheimer for Team Walsh. If he can stay out of foul trouble he
can be a very effective player, blocking shots and rebounding the ball. However, I just can’t see him staying out of trouble. Jarboe has Ellerkamp, Markham, and
Jarboe. It will be a close one but I think Jarboe pulls it out in the end.
Naughton (1-3) vs Mahan (1-3) -- Saturday, 8:00am @ LA
The Pick: 45-40 Mahan
Mahan had an awful performance against Team Stevens last
weekend only scoring 16 points. However, B-Ice and Matt Werner did not play in
the game. Werner will be available this week and hopefully B-Ice will show up.
Team Naughton is one dimensional with Hanagan as their only reliable scoring
option. If B-Ice makes an appearance this one won’t be too close.
K Dawson (4-0) vs Stewart (2-2) -- Saturday, 8:00am @ LA
The Pick: 55-35 K Dawson
Maybe the split of Dawson was the benefit towards Kurt
Dawson’s team. They have dominated this season and I don’t see much changing
this weekend especially now with the presence of big Ryan Dawson down low for
rebounding and shot blocking. He will be a great matchup for Dhionis and
Estabrook should be able to stop Bunis. But the story for Dawson is that everyone
contributes on the team, and I think may have the best depth in the league.
D Dawson (3-1) vs Wright (1-3) -- Saturday, 9:20am @ LA
The Pick: 50-35 D Dawson
I think Dawson will be able to regain form against a
struggling Team Wright. Dawson lost a close one to Jarboe by seven. Yet, to really but a strangle hold on Dawson you need to full court press them with
Mitch as their only ball handler. I just do not see the perimeter defenders for
Wright to accomplish that. Mitch will have to step up in Enright’s absence but
Mitch’s attitude may hurt his team because he is quoted as saying, “Our team is nothing
without Conor.” It might not hurt them in this type of game but it may when the play a
greater opponent.
Stevens (4-0) vs DeLuca (2-2) -- Saturday, 9:20am @ LA
The Pick: 50-48 DeLuca
I’m predicting Team Stevens' first loss this week against Team
DeLuca. I think team DeLuca matches up very well against Stevens, with Tim
Grove and Tim Boudreau. I just don’t see a good matchup for Stevens on Ian
Macpherson. He will be the x-factor, and I think he may even have a baller of the
week type of performance. When Ian is on fire he is impossible to stop. It
should be the priority of Tim Grove to get him going early and look for him in
the post.
Hegeman (3-1) vs Saraceno (1-3) -- Saturday, 10:40am @ LA
The Pick: 55-50 Hegeman
Hegeman has been on fire as of late winning their last three
games after dropping their first game of the year. Hegeman just has too many weapons to go
against Saraceno, including the week 3 Baller of the Week in Brandon Orlando, so unless Team Saraceno can get Longo and Austin Hourani in foul
trouble or of their game I don’t see them pulling this off.
Debreceni (1-3) vs Stark (0-4) -- Saturday, 10:40am @ LA
Score: 40-25 Deberceni
It looks like Debreceni could be going on a two game win
streak this week when they run through Team Stark. Stark has been so
ineffective this season to score without Ryan Sheehan. I can see Stark maybe
pulling off an upset if Ryan has a massive game, but I believe Debreceni's Karaska and
Kieleczawa will be able to put them away.

That awkward moment when instead of losing by 2, team stevens wins by 31.
