Hey everyone! I'm back at it, looking forward to another fun year of GD Rec Basketball. I'll have more on my plans for the upcoming season within the next week, but for now you can check out this email that I received from the commissioner, Mr. Dave Calderan (sorry for the awkward formatting):

The BHS rec division is still a couple of weeks from starting games. But during these next few weeks we will be using our alloted gym space for practice and evaluations. In order to reduce the number of kids per gym (we had ~80 tuesday night) we are going to use our game space on Saturday plus the two slots on Monday and Tuesday night. We will once again scrimmage for the entiire time, and the coaches who were not around last week can take this time to complete their evaluations.
The plan is:
Saturday Night, we have 3 'game' time slots. I want to bring in ~20 kids per slot for a game. We will pick teams as kids show up.
Monday and Tuesday we should have ~ 45 kids each night which will mean more playing time for all.
Please refer to the table below to see when you should attend. I tried to accomodate all scouts, football players, etc. with the time slots. As always, if you can't make your designated time slot, please ask (me) before changing.
